Beeston Rylands

Beeston Rylands is a neighbourhood of Beeston in the Borough of Broxtowe, Nottinghamshire. It lies between the town centre and the River Trent and includes streets carrying the Rylands name. The area is mainly residential, with a mixture of terraced and semi‑detached housing and small local shops and services on short parades. Walking routes link the neighbourhood to Beeston railway station and to riverside paths along the Trent, so daily errands and commutes are often done on foot or by local bus.
