Fence & Higham

Fence & Higham ward sits on the western edge of Pendle, bordering the open moorland of the Forest of Rossendale. The area encompasses the distinct villages of Fence and Higham, along with scattered farms and hamlets set within a landscape of rolling green fields and wooded cloughs.
