Finsbury Park West

Finsbury Park West sits on the Islington side of Finsbury Park, bounded roughly by Stroud Green Road and the triangle of roads that meet at Seven Sisters Road. The park itself opened in 1869 and the station at its south‑west corner gives the area a transport hub: Finsbury Park station serves National Rail plus the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, with entrances that open directly onto the park. Streets radiating west from the park are a mix of terraced housing and small commercial units, with shops, takeaways and cafes lining Stroud Green Road and the parade beside the station.
