Long Marston

Long Marston ward is a civil parish located southwest of Stratford-upon-Avon, encompassing the village of Long Marston and the hamlets of Marston Sicca and Darlingscote. The area is primarily agricultural, characterised by open farmland and hedgerows. The settlement pattern is dispersed, with a mix of older stone cottages and more recent housing developments. The ward is bordered by the River Stour and the former Honeybourne railway line, which shapes its rural boundaries.

The local economy has historical connections to quarrying, evidenced by former limestone workings. Community focus centres on the village hall, the church, and the primary school.
