Petts Wood & Knoll is a residential ward in the southeastern London Borough of Bromley. The ward maintains a quiet, settled atmosphere typical of outer London suburbs.

The area is defined by its significant areas of preserved woodland, most notably Petts Wood itself. This large tract of ancient woodland, managed by the National Trust, offers extensive public footpaths and is a central recreational space. The wood is historically linked to the campaigner William Willett, who championed British Summer Time; a memorial sundial commemorates this connection within the trees. These green spaces provide a distinct contrast to the built-up residential streets.
