Southall Broadway

Southall Broadway is a compact urban ward centered around its namesake high street. This thoroughfare functions as the commercial core, lined with shops, supermarkets, and a high density of South Asian businesses, including fabric stores and jewellers. The area is primarily residential, characterised by Victorian and Edwardian terraced housing alongside more modern apartment blocks. Industrial estates are located on its eastern fringes near the railway lines.

The Grand Union Canal forms a distinct western boundary, with stretches of towpath offering green respite. The ward contains several places of worship and community centres that serve its densely populated neighbourhoods. Southall Railway Station provides a major transport hub, connecting the area directly to central London. A prominent local landmark is the large Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, one of the largest Sikh temples outside India.
