Wellesbourne East & Rural

Wellesbourne East & Rural ward is a large parish area situated east of the main village centre, encompassing extensive farmland and smaller settlements like Charlecote and Hampton Lucy. The landscape is predominantly agricultural, defined by open fields and the River Avon, which flows along its western boundary. The area includes the grounds of Charlecote Park, a historic deer park managed by the National Trust.

The ward contains several small, distinct communities, each with its own character, set within the wider rural setting. Local life centres around these villages, with agricultural activity being a constant presence.
