Bedminster is a residential and commercial ward located directly south of Bristol's Floating Harbour. The area centres around East Street, a long thoroughfare lined with shops, supermarkets, and local services that serves as the main high street. The housing stock is predominantly Victorian and Edwardian terraced homes, with some modern apartment developments.
