Bicester West

Bicester West covers the western part of the town, primarily consisting of residential neighbourhoods built from the mid-20th century onwards. The housing stock is largely a mix of detached and semi-detached homes, with some terraced properties and modern developments. The ward is bounded by the A41 to the west and contains significant green corridors, including the Bure Park playing fields and land bordering the River Bure. Retail is focused along the main arterial roads serving local needs.

The area includes the Bicester Village outlet centre, a major retail destination known for luxury brands, which sits on its southern edge. This complex generates significant traffic and employment, influencing the local economy. Otherwise, the ward is predominantly residential, with several primary schools and community facilities like the Bure Park Community Centre. The landscape is generally flat, with some open farmland remaining on its western fringes near the A41 bypass.
