Bush Fair & Brays Grove

Bush Fair and Brays Grove are adjoining neighbourhoods in the northern sector of Harlow New Town, Essex. Bush Fair is built around the Bush Fair shopping precinct, which provides day-to-day services for the immediate community, and a small cluster of shops and services forms the local centre. Housing here mixes mid-20th century council terraces and later private developments, with short walking distances between homes and the retail parade.
