Garden Suburb

Garden Suburb ward is located in the London Borough of Barnet, bordering Hampstead Heath. The area is primarily residential, characterised by its distinctive early 20th-century architecture and extensive green spaces. It was designed according to the principles of the Garden City movement, resulting in a planned layout with wide, tree-lined roads and substantial houses set back from the pavement. The ward contains a significant amount of protected land, including large private gardens and the Hampstead Heath Extension.

Transport links are provided by the Northern line at Golders Green station, situated just to the south.
