Goodmayes North

Goodmayes North sits in the north of the Goodmayes ward in Redbridge, a mainly residential area with Victorian terraces, interwar semi‑detached houses and later infill. The arrival of the railway prompted much development, and Goodmayes station on the Elizabeth line still anchors the neighbourhood with direct trains to Liverpool Street and Shenfield. Buses run along main roads to nearby town centres. Local shopping clusters around the station and along parade streets, supplying groceries, takeaways and everyday services.
