Park

Park ward lies directly north of Lincoln's city centre, bounded by the River Witham to the west. The area is primarily residential, characterised by a mix of Victorian terraced housing and more modern developments. Its streets are arranged in a largely grid-like pattern, facilitating movement through the neighbourhood. The ward includes a significant portion of the Brayford Waterfront, a former industrial dockland now central to the university and featuring a marina.

The University of Lincoln's main campus is situated within the ward, with its academic buildings integrated into the urban landscape around the Brayford Pool. This creates a consistent student presence alongside long-term residents. Open space is provided by the City Square near the railway station and pathways along the river. The area functions as a key transport interchange, containing the city's main railway station and several major bus routes.
