Queensway

Queensway is a commercial street in the Bayswater area of the City of Westminster, running north from Bayswater Road at the edge of Hyde Park. The street is lined with shops, cafes and a dense cluster of small hotels, with retail at street level and flats above. The long site of the former Whiteleys department store sits along Queensway and remains a local landmark; nearby you can find the Central line entrance marked Queensway station, which opens directly onto the street. Regular bus routes run along the road and surrounding junctions link to the District and Circle lines within a short walk.
