Ridgeway

Ridgeway ward lies in the southern part of the London Borough of Enfield, bordering the boroughs of Haringey and Barnet. It is primarily a residential area, characterised by suburban streets with a mix of housing types from semi-detached homes to larger detached properties. The ward is anchored by the local centre around Chase Side, which provides everyday shopping and services for residents.

The area is notably defined by its proximity to large green spaces, including the western edge of Trent Country Park. A network of quieter streets leads towards the historic grounds of Forty Hall, a Grade I listed Jacobean mansion set within its own estate parkland. This creates a distinct transition from the residential neighbourhoods into more open, pastoral landscapes on the ward's eastern fringe.
