St Mary's Island

St Mary's Island is a modern residential community situated on a man-made peninsula in the River Medway. The area is characterised by its network of canals and contemporary housing, primarily apartments and townhouses. Landscaped public spaces and walking paths follow the water's edge, connecting the neighbourhoods. A prominent feature is the consistent presence of the 19th-century lighthouse, which stands at the island's northern point.
