Warton

Warton ward encompasses a mix of residential and rural areas on the Fylde coastal plain. It includes the village of Warton itself, along with surrounding farmland and the residential areas of Bryning and Kellamergh. The landscape is largely flat, characterised by agricultural fields and pockets of woodland. The ward is bordered by the River Ribble to the south.

A notable landmark is Warton Crag, a limestone hill offering views across the Fylde and Morecambe Bay. The village centre retains a traditional character with local businesses and St. Paul's Church. The area's history is linked to the Washington family, ancestral to the first U.S. President, with their heraldic arms displayed in the church.
