Baguley West & Brooklands

Baguley West & Brooklands is a residential district in south Manchester, characterised by post-war housing estates and modern developments. The area is bordered by the M56 motorway to the south and includes extensive green corridors along the River Mersey and Baguley Brook. Housing is primarily a mix of semi-detached homes, terraces, and some low-rise apartment blocks, serving a settled local community. A notable feature is the preserved medieval Baguley Hall, a timber-framed manor house standing in contrast to the surrounding modern estates.
