Broadclyst, West Clyst & Stoke Canon

Broadclyst, West Clyst and Stoke Canon sit within the Clyst valley in East Devon, a patchwork of farmland, country lanes and small village greens. Broadclyst is centred on a wide green with houses and working farms around it, while West Clyst is a smaller cluster of cottages and lanes that links into local bridleways. Local life is organised around village halls, parish churches and a few long‑standing pubs and shops that serve surrounding farms.
