Bynea & Llwynhendy

Bynea and Llwynhendy sit on the eastern edge of the town of Llanelli in Carmarthenshire, close to the Loughor estuary and linked by the A484. The area combines rows of housing with pockets of open ground and local shops, schools and chapels that serve nearby neighbourhoods. Streets rise gently away from the estuary, where mudflats and saltmarsh are visible at low tide and shape local drainage and footpaths.
