The village core runs along its high street and is served by Datchet railway station on the Windsor branch line, which links the settlement with Slough and Windsor & Eton Riverside. The Thames forms the parish’s southern boundary and the Thames Path follows the river there, with a series of riverside pubs and small moorings that mark the waterfront.
