Farnham, Weybourne & Badshot Lea form a close-knit area within Waverley centred on Farnham town. Farnham sits at the foot of the Surrey Hills and developed around Farnham Castle and the course of the River Wey. A seasonal chalk stream known locally as the Bourne rises on the slopes and can flow through low-lying parts of the town after prolonged rain. The town centre contains Farnham Pottery and Farnham Maltings, alongside Castle Street and the parish church, and serves as the local hub for shops, services and community events.

Weybourne lies to the east of Farnham amid stretches of heath and farmland, with a parish church and a network of footpaths that link commons and fields.
