Greetland & Stainland

Greetland and Stainland lie in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, a cluster of settlements west of Halifax. Greetland sits beside the main road linking Halifax and Huddersfield and falls into the valley where small streams run into the River Calder. Stainland occupies higher ground a short distance to the west, its main street rising from a central junction.
