Kingswood is a large residential suburb located in the northern part of Kingston upon Hull. The area is primarily characterised by extensive housing developments, including many post-war and more modern estates, with a significant amount of semi-detached and detached homes. The ward includes the neighbourhoods of Bransholme and North Bransholme, which are distinct in their layout and housing stock from the newer parts of Kingswood.
