Leamington Central & North

Leamington Central sits along the Parade, where the Royal Pump Rooms and the town art gallery meet shops, cafés and civic buildings. Jephson Gardens runs beside the River Leam, with paths, lawns and an ornamental lake crossed by footbridges. The Royal Pump Rooms still houses the original pump mechanism and displays about the town’s spa history, and the Royal Spa Centre stages theatre and music events close to the river. Leamington Spa railway station is a short walk from the town centre, providing regular rail services and a link for commuters and visitors.

Leamington North stretches out from the edge of the centre into mainly residential streets with schools, small shopping parades and local parks. Green corridors follow the River Leam and connect neighbourhoods to the central gardens, while tree-lined roads and allotments appear between housing areas. Local community centres and parish facilities serve a mix of long-established and newer residents, and a number of short streets deliver direct pedestrian routes into the town centre.
