Morley Central

Morley Central sits in the town of Morley, in the City of Leeds metropolitan borough, roughly six miles south-west of Leeds city centre. The area is focused on Queen Street and Commercial Street, where a covered market hall and an assortment of local shops and services form the high street. Morley Town Hall stands close to the market; its clock tower marks the skyline and the hall continues to host civic meetings and community events. The town centre evolved around textile trade in the 19th century and retains street patterns and buildings from that period alongside later retail and civic developments.
