Oxted North

Oxted North occupies the northern side of Oxted in the Tandridge district of Surrey. The area is largely residential, with a mix of late 19th- and early 20th-century housing that expanded after the arrival of the Oxted Line. Local shops, a few independent traders and community facilities cluster near the main roads, while primary schools and playing fields serve families within walking distance. Oxted railway station sits within easy reach, providing regular services toward London and East Grinstead, and local bus routes connect to other parts of Tandridge. Community groups run seasonal events and sports clubs use the pitches that occupy the flatter ground along the river, making the north side practical for day-to-day life and outdoor access.
