Angmering North, Patching & Findon

Angmering North, Patching and Findon lie on the northern edge of Arun district, where low-lying agricultural land meets the chalk of the South Downs. The area is made up of small nucleated villages, arable fields and pasture, with a network of lanes and footpaths that rise onto the downs. Angmering railway station sits on the West Coastway line, providing direct rail links along the coast. At Findon the A24 climbs from the coastal plain onto the downland, marking a clear change in gradient and land use.
