Two Locks is a residential ward situated in the northern part of Torfaen, bordering the community of Cwmbran. The area is primarily composed of housing estates, with local amenities centred along Henllys Way. Its name derives from the pair of locks on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, which runs through the ward, providing a linear green corridor for walking and cycling.
